LEADING WITH PURPOSE

Introduction

Leading with purpose is a virtual leadership development programme tailored for those being identified with strong leadership potential or those keen to develop their individual leadership skills

Participants will benefit from the programme by learning how to inspire and motivate their teams. They will identify ways to positively influence key stakeholders and learn different forms and approaches for sustainable leadership. By identifying their own leadership style it will help participants to become more confident, courageous and resilient as a leader so that they can accelerate in their roles and deliver impact. The coaching approach of the programme encourages authenticity, integrity and an alignment with their values as a leader.

It is aimed at different sectors, business sizes and countries and is limited to 12 places. It starts 6th May 2022, followed by 7 weekly sessions.

Our Methodology

Designed to be an inclusive programme, we offer a wide range of pedagogical approaches that engage and encourage participants to contribute actively. There will be discussions, small group work, real-play and a variety of options for participating to suit a diverse group of people, regardless of their background.

Our programme design is based on a transformational coaching approach that partners with the participants, recognises their skills and capabilities as an integral part of the learning process and that expects them to take responsibility for their own learning as well as supporting each other.

There will also be a reading list with a range of suggested texts. Participants should aim to read two of the books on the list in advance of the programme.

Learning Journey

Our transformational coaching approach that underpins the programme will allow the participants to grow and learn as leaders. They will have plenty of opportunities to enhance their self-awareness, confidence and courage to lead through challenging times.

The participants will celebrate their individual learning journey with their programme peers at the end of the programme to consolidate their progress. As part of a tight-knit peer group, they will have formed relationships that will expand their network and last them for life.
